cloud-initramfs-copymods software package provides copy initramfs modules into root filesystem for later use, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cloud-initramfs-copymods
cloud-initramfs-copymods is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cloud-initramfs-copymods package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cloud-initramfs-copymods *
You will get with cloud-initramfs-copymods package name, version, architecture and description in a table
